Our specialist clinical pharmacy team tailors medications to your specific needs, as recommended by your Welbeck consultant. This includes hospital-only items, biologics, and bespoke medications, all sourced from only the highest-quality pharmaceutical partners.
Same-day pick-up and delivery
With our comprehensive stock of over-the-counter, prescription, and bespoke medication, we’re almost always able to fulfil prescriptions immediately after your consultation, saving you time and hassle. Should there be a bespoke item or an item not routinely stocked, we can source this for you and arrange for pick up or delivery.
Enhanced stock
Unlike traditional pharmacies, we curate stock based on the specific recommendations of our specialist consultants. This helps ensure you have immediate access to the medications you need, without unnecessary searching or delays.
Expert guidance
Our experienced pharmacists are on hand to answer any questions you may have. We're here to ensure you understand your medications fully so you get the most out of your treatment plan. We have a dedicated private consultation room to discuss medications, so you leave us feeling confident in how to manage your at-home treatment.
Prescription management
We accept paper and electronic (e-script) prescriptions from Welbeck prescribers and external clinicians. We’re also more than happy to facilitate repeat prescriptions on request, and can liaise with your consultant to arrange this.
SMS notifications
If you’ve sent us a prescription electronically, or if we’ve ordered an item for you, we’ll let you know when your medicines are ready via SMS. You can then choose to collect or arrange delivery.
Paediatric medications
Our experienced on-site pharmacy team provides medicines and expert support for all paediatric patients from birth onwards. Prescriptions and over-the-counter medications are available for same-day collection after appointments, or delivery anywhere in the UK.
